These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Verena Herberth, including:
1:1 mentoring
women’s circles & group offerings
workshops, retreats & events
online courses and digital products (via Stan)
By booking, you accept these terms.

3. Services

My offerings support women in:
embodiment
breathwork
self-awareness
emotional regulation
personal development
spiritual and intuitive growth
My work is not medical, not therapeutic, and not diagnostic.

4. Booking & Payments

Bookings are made via my website, email, Calendly, or Stan.
Payments are processed through Stripe, unless otherwise arranged.
Full payment is due at the time of booking.

5. Participation

Requirements
By participating, you confirm:
You take full responsibility for your wellbeing.
You inform me of relevant health conditions.
You attend sober – free of alcohol, drugs, or psychoactive substances.
You honor your own boundaries and limitations.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

1:1 Sessions
Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.
After that, the session is considered completed.
Rescheduling is possible with mutual agreement.
Workshops & Events
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior.
After that, no refund is possible.
You may transfer your spot to another person at any time.
Online Courses & Digital Products
Not refundable due to immediate access.
Technical support is provided if needed.
Retreats
Retreat-specific terms apply.
You may transfer your place to another participant.
I always aim to act with fairness, clarity, and compassion.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared within sessions is treated as strictly confidential.

8. Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
By participating you agree that:
you have informed me of relevant health conditions
you are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or mind-altering substances
you participate voluntarily and at your own responsibility
Liability is excluded except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Data Protection

I use the following service providers:
ConvertKit – email & newsletter
Google Forms – questionnaires, intake
Calendly & Google Calendar – scheduling
Stripe – payment processing
Stan – course hosting
